There were some minor delays to completion due to shortage of supply of materials and services. However the bulk of the civil engineering works went very smoothly with our main contractor Duncan Mackay and Sons, and their sub-contractors completing the works very efficiently and to a very high standard. We are very happy with the results and as you can see the site is now dramatically transformed from its original condition.
The serviced sites element of the project is now almost complete with all groundworks now completed and all of the services now on site including the new sub station, along with the streetlights, water and connection of other services. Some services are still to be activated, however we can now begin to discuss proposals with prospective clients who wish to see how sites at Newton Gateway could benefit their business.
